Girl, Get out of the Freaking Car! is a transformative guide designed to help women with invisible conditions who struggle with self-worth and help them step out of their comfort zones and embrace their true potential.
I have practised as a clinical psychologist and completed three psychology degrees including a masters, plus a partial PhD. I also have qualifications in business and hairdressing. In addition to training in EFT Tapping, yoga, meditation, and schema wellbeing coaching. I refer to myself as a zebra woman. Zebra is a metaphor that resonates with the idea of embracing your individuality and strengths (represented by the zebra's distinctive stripes) to overcome invisibility or limitations and achieve growth.
This was not just an overnight light switch flick, it was a process of discovering who I am (a proud and resilient rural woman) and what I stand for, practice ‘being’ rather than ‘doing,’ how to slow down and be able to then do my most meaningful and productive work, grow self-confidence, a healthy mindset and positive wellbeing. I had to go inwards, align with my nervous system, calm and replenish the mind and body, while energising my spirit (And I can help you to do the same!). Now I intentionally choose to focus on my wellbeing and working towards things I have always dreamt of. Things that uplift and energise me. I enjoy nothing more than being able to share my knowledge and skills to help others thrive and flourish in life, ignite their soul, achieve their big goals, and promote health, happiness and work-life balance.
